Related to #16

Decoder needs to convert JPEG XL structs to JPEG 1 structs to perform JPEG bitstream reconstruction. We need type definitions for them.

Only structs for "de-facto" JPEG is necessary:

  • 8 bits per channel.
  • 1 or 3 channels. (> 3 channels like YCCK is unsupported)
  • Baseline or Progressive. (Lossless is unsupported)
  • Huffman only. (Arithmetic is unsupported)
