Fresh install creates circular symlinks for bin/* and vim/* #663

Hi! On a fresh install of this repo, I'm observing that running the rcup command creates circular symlinks for files in the /bin and /vim/ftplugin directories. Any ideas why this may be happening?

Nevermind. I think this was user error. To resolve, I removed all symlinks via rcdn and manually removed a symlink from $HOME/.bin then re-ran rcup and was good to go.
