[Feature request]: Add instructions/information on what to test

Description

In order to provide a reliable and accurate rating to all apps, it would be very useful if information about the most common issues causing a worse app usage experience because of the absence of Google and/or microG.

Additional context

For example (I am making things up):

Common issues that arise in deGoogled phones:

• notifications not working
• limited background usage
• increased battery usage
• …

@xplosionmind Did you mean when you are rating the app or just in general? If it is while rating the app we can/should add something to https://github.com/techlore/plexus-app (as that is where we perform the ratings). We could also add a section to the website (or readme) as well to avoid confusions.

@StellarSand I remember we spoke briefly about this, I don't remember where we landed on having some common issues listed somewhere as inspiration
