提供一个bsdiff4的兼容层：diff支持输出bsdiff格式的补丁和 patch支持输入bsdiff格式的补丁数据；
用于兼容已经采用了bsdiff的系统切换到hdiffpatch的实现；
为了避免patch代码过于复杂可能会去掉patch_decompress_repeat_out的支持；
