I can see a github action building the Tolk.dll, but where can this file be found?

1. Open the ci build page for the commit
   https://github.com/sig-a11y/tolk/actions/runs/4258489237/jobs/7409780040
2. Click on "Summary" in the top left corner
3. You can see the artifact at the bottom of the screen

No longer possible since the artifacts expired. I had to fork the repository and run the action on my fork to get the compiled dll.
