Failed to fetch in system console if i try download plugin

Hello, please help me. I install mottermost in docker via documentation. a try install reminder plugin from this repository: https://github.com/scottleedavis/mattermost-plugin-remind.
i get an error Failed to fetch
Got no error in the logs, only in system-console
