GPU mining with ubuntu / qli-Client-1.9.6-Linux-x64.tar.gz archive corrupted

Hello, I want to setup a GPU mining with ubuntu under windows

but I don't understand why, when I'm downloading the qli-Client-1.9.6-Linux-x64.tar.gz version 1.9.6
Winrar (5.61) cannot extract anything , it is written "archive corrupted"
if I change the tar.gz extension to.rar it extract just 1 file named : qli-Client-1.9.6-Linux-x64 without any extension ..

what did I do wrong ?

looks like in build windows extractor is working :)
