User is incorrectly redirected after installing plugin in admin settings wizard

Describe the bug
When an administrator installs a plugin in the settings wizard plugin gallery (e.g. /index/admin/wizard/1#plugins), they are redirected to the context's website settings plugin area instead of staying within the menu they are in. The user needs to use the back button in the browser to return to the settings wizard.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Administration > Hosted Presses/Journals > Settings wizard (under a press/journal)
2. Go to Plugins > Plugin Gallery
3. Install a plugin
4. Notice the issue of being taken to the context's website settings area
