View matches by item purchased

Is there a way to list/view all matches (e.g. the Matches tab) where you finished with a particular item? If not, would this be something that could be coded without touching core? (I might be up for it if so.)

Context: in trying to link a list of all my recent Dagon games to a friend, I couldn't figure out how to link the relevant matches (interestingly, dotabuff doesn't seem to support bought-item filters either).

This would require an update to core since the ending items for each player in a match aren't currently saved in the database. It could be added, but it would only be available for future matches unless we go back and backfill all the data.
