Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Switch the SUMO language to a non English locale (example: German)
Mouse over the Stellen Sie eine Frage (Which stands for "Ask a Question")
Click on one of the listed products.
Expected behavior
The user is successfully redirected to the product solutions page in that particular locale.
Actual behavior
The user is redirected to a 404 page.

This issue is reproducible in stage only.
It seems that this issue occurs only for non-English locales which don't have an active support forum. But the product solutions page should be accessible regardless if the locale has an active support forum or not (same as in prod)
