PT Run: Indexing problems related to localized names

This is the master tracking issue for indexing issues related to localization.

Apps and .lnk files with localized name are not available via the englisch and the localized name.
For me it's seems that we not indexing both names. The result is that some items are only available via it's englisch name and some only via the localized name.

hi @htcfreek just to clarify, what is the difference between these #3538, #4144, #4145, and #3773

from our understanding, you're hoping to find the app regardless of whether you search for the english name or german name. are your 3 issues seperate for a reason? are they significantly different from #3773?

Yes. You are right.

Yes. The difference is the type (lnk file, packaged app, win32 application) and the language of name which is indexed at the moment (English, localized).

Interesting. That the russian word for calculator not shows the calculator. Because for me only the german name shows calculator. I think it is the same problem like I have seen in comment 641452369 of issue 4209. A not completely done indexing or damaged cache. I think rebuild the cache should fix it for issue #3773.

In general I think we should index/cache for all apps and lnk files (if available) the english name and the localized name every time.

The difference between the issue #3773 and the issues #3538, #4144, #4145 is that windows search also indexes the app names for the installed keyboard layouts and not only the localized names shown in the ui/app name.
I have analyzed and discussed this with @mikekosulin. I will add this to the table in my first comment.
