Description of the new feature / enhancement

Make a window Fullscreen, instead of resizing a windows to the whole screen

Scenario when this would be used?

It could be used as an alternative to double clicking the top bar of the window.

Supporting information

A few programs differentiate between windowed and fullscreen. It would be nice to have it as an option to turn this behavior on or off.
