Description of the new feature / enhancement

The combination "Ctrl+Shift+Alt+Win" is not allowed in Keyboard Manager - Remap a shortcut.
The program expects another "neutral" key to form a valid combination, although this combination is already valid by itself.

Scenario when this would be used?

I have a Microsoft bluetooth keyboard (similar to this one) with an annoying button to the right of the rightmost Alt key.
It is actually a shortcut to the following combination - "Ctrl+Shift+Alt+Win", which opens up a Microsoft 365 (Office) window.
This key is always pressed by accident (because why otherwise) and the window that pops up interferes with my work, so using PowerToys to disable this key would be very nice.
