Description of the new feature / enhancement

I used to have this feature on my laptop, but not in the new one. It was very useful that whenever I pressed either the NumLock or the CapsLock - I saw a visual indication for 2 seconds on the bottom of the screen.

Scenario when this would be used?

whenever NumLock or CapsLock are pressed
