At the startup, auto launch a workspace

Description of the new feature / enhancement

With the new feature call app layout that you can save and launch quickly a bunch of app place were you want, I think it would be great to have the possibility to setup one by default that will open automatically at the startup of your PC.

Scenario when this would be used?

Every time that you boot up your PC. That will help every body that will work always with the same setup to access to it quickly and be more productive.

A workaround would be to create a shortcut for the Workspace and put it in shell:startup.
