Steps to reproduce

1. Open Powertoys

2. Goto Keyboard Manager

3. Open key or keyboard shortcut remap, MAKE NO CHANGE and choose OK, click any space in PowerToys

4. Crash!

This bug is weird because it happens randomly, but probability is pretty high. Assume over 80%?

Faster do these steps, more bug chance.

Env is Windows 10 Pro 22H2, and system locale is Korean(Korea).

✔️ Expected Behavior

Can choose ok in OK/Cancel dialog even there's no change.

❌ Actual Behavior

Crash.

It happens regardless of exist mappings, I've tested.

The only way to make this bug is
"open remap -> MAKE NO CHANGE -> choose OK -> click any space in PowerToys"
