Steps to reproduce

3x side by side 1080p monitors, center display is primary, snipping tool already open on right screen, launch text extractor (win-shift-T)

✔️ Expected Behavior

screens show their original content with reduced brightness so user can select an area

❌ Actual Behavior

right screen displays a duplicate of center monitor with reduced brightness, center and left monitors remain at original brightness and won't allow a selection to be made.

Ive updated to 0.80.0 and the issue persists. all 4 text extractor windows open on the primary display.

I've just updated to v0.80 and cannot recreate on my home machine (I should have tested before updating really.)
will do a before and after test on my work machine on Monday.

Issue still persists on my work machine on v0.80.1
The text extractor windows initially appear on the correct monitors before being moved to the primary display.

Same issue with dual screen layout, one 4k internal display and one DualUHD display Samsung Odyssey G95NC 57".
The behaviour ist different depending on which screen the focus actually is (see screenshots).
Version is v0.80.1

The issue is still there in v0.84.1.
Just to clarify: for me multi-screen set up works fine as long as the screens are connected directly to the laptop (via HDMI or USB-C). But any screen that is connected via a dock, exhibits this issue.
This used to work fine quite some time ago, but got broken at some point. Not sure how long ago and what version, but a while back. My set up hasn't changed since then - it's purely a software issue.
