Description of the new feature / enhancement

please add a custom opacity configuration for the always on top feature. kk thxbye 💯🙏

Scenario when this would be used?

i have a live stream of discord open (always on top) and want to browse my adult film dubai summer holiday photo library in windows explorer™. well, I only have 1 screen... so the discord window covers my dirty-directory i have opened in explorer™.
damn, my english is really bad, I'm sorry. please feel free to ask any detail (except my files!) of my feature request... but I might think you know what I am talking about and everybody (maybe like 98%) knows EXACT the same scenario :O
