Description of the new feature / enhancement

A feature of Android I use all the time is being able to group apps by function. I use my taskbar for the most commonly used apps, but it gets cluttered. Being able to create a folder of sorts on the taskbar, label it and drag apps into it would be nice for reducing clutter and more easily finding apps.

Scenario when this would be used?

On the taskbar in the Windows Desktop... all the time.

Supporting information

App groupings allow this to be shrunk down to a nice clean 4-6 icons!
