Automatically create folders for files matching a given criteria

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Allows automatic creation of folders for files that say have a given extension. This mostly applies to say a downloads folder where a lot of random files are frequently added. For example image files with .jpg, .png etc. extensions are automatically inserted into a new folder whose name can be set by the user. Scenario when this would be used?

Can be used to organize a downloads folder, or any other folder of the users' liking.
