Steps to reproduce

My current machine has several language packs installed, namely Finnish (suomi/suomi), Russia (Russia/russia), English (US/US), German (German/German) (ie. the standard packs). Side note: Russian was installed in fear of Russian malware recognizing what language packs are installed and not attacking if Russia was installed.

Windows 11 UI is in Finnish, PowerToys is in English. For whatever reason, a seemingly arbitrary selection of the PowerToys-elements is in Russian.

✔️ Expected Behavior

In PowerToys and PowerToys settings panel: All PowerToys-related screen elements should be in English. (unless they are pulled from the UI, which is in Finnish - this is fine)

❌ Actual Behavior

Some elements are in Russian.
Listed:
PowerToys Settings > General > Under: Administrator mode the first item is named in Russian

PowerToys Settings > Image Resizer > Under: Image sizes have their size descriptions in Russian

PowerToys Peek > the edit/open-button is in Russian
PowerToys Peek > the tooltip is in Russian

PowerToys Peek > the upper resize window does not resize but moves the window
