Feature request: Quick window relocation to different virtual desktops

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'm finding the current method of managing and organizing windows across virtual desktops in Windows to be a bit cumbersome. Right now, on Windows, to move a window to another virtual desktop, I have to press WIN + TAB, then right-click on the window > move to > <target>. Alternatively, I can drag and drop it from the list of virtual desktops at the bottom of the window.

It would be fantastic if PowerToys could introduce a feature where users can easily send a specific window to a different virtual desktop, ideally through a keyboard shortcut.

We could have a quick mode with a simple keyboard shortcut, but also an alternative method for those who don't know the shortcut. For instance: When an another shortcut is pressed (or an option after right-clicking on the windows?), a small overlay could appear showing the available virtual desktops. Users can then select the desired desktop, either by number or by arrow keys, and the window will be sent there.

Scenario when this would be used?

In scenarios where I am working on multiple projects simultaneously, I prefer to segregate each project or task to its own virtual desktop. This keeps my workspace organized and free from clutter. Often, I'll open a tool or document in one desktop and realize it's better suited for another project on a different virtual desktop. The current process of moving a window between virtual desktops interrupts my workflow and takes more time than it should.

As a power user, efficiency and speed are crucial to my daily tasks. Having the ability to quickly and effortlessly move windows between virtual desktops would save me valuable seconds multiple times a day, which adds up over time. It would also reduce the mental friction I face every time I need to reorganize my windows, allowing me to maintain my focus on the task at hand.

In my quest to streamline my workflow, I researched potential solutions online. Most recommendations pointed towards using AutoHotkey scripts (ex : https://github.com/FuPeiJiang/VD.ahk). However, not only am I unable to install AutoHotkey due to constraints in my work environment, but it also implies that users have to resort to installing an additional program to achieve this functionality. Incorporating this feature directly into PowerToys would eliminate the need for users to seek out and rely on third-party tools, thereby simplifying the process and ensuring a more unified and efficient experience for all Windows users.
