PowerToys-KeyboardManager-RemapKey: (Left Shift + RightShift) -> CapsLock

Scenario when this would be used?

To switch caps lock, I want to press both shifts simultaneously. I used "power toy - keyboard manager - remap a key" to reassign these keys (CapsLock -> Esc, Alts -> Crtls, Wins -> Alts, Esc->CapsLock) for gvim text editor. Everything works fine except reaching for esc with my pinky finger to toggle caps lock is inconvenient. Pressing both shifts once should enable the upper layout and pressing again should disable it. However, keyboard manager only lets me add one key such as shift and not two shift keys together for escape.

I second this, the shortcut manager should allow for an arbitrary combination of keys. With the current limitations the feature is essentially useless to me.
