Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add a tool to export clipboard images to image files. Available in File Explorer or Open dialog. Having a quick shortcut would be better.

Scenario when this would be used?

When I open the Open dialog to select an image file, I may need to choose an image from the clipboard. It would be nice to have a way to export the clipboard image to a file so that I can select it faster.
