Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like if power toys could also be used as a tool to convert like mp4 videos to mp3 or vice versa and would also be able to decrease the size of videos that are like 2GB to 1GB or less than that like other software for example handbrake.

Scenario when this would be used?

the scenario in which these tools would be used in is generally for creators that would turn their videos to other formats or decrease their videos size and also normal people that download full courses and would like to decrease the space that they fill up and normal people also sometimes like to convert music mp4 videos into mp3 videos just to make their egos rest and that is pretty much it.
