Description of the new feature / enhancement

PowerToys Run window has a new field to configure the browser to be used when searching for entries on the web. The default value would of course point to the system default browser. Additionally, detection of available/installed browsers to be selected from (instead of having to provide a system path) might be a convenience feature.

Scenario when this would be used?

I have a "main" browser (FF) set to restore all tabs from previous session for everything work-related that is somewhat permanent and frequently used. I have a secondary "research" browser (Chrome) set to clean up everything each time for quick searches while coding, solving a problem, or dicussing trivia. I don't care what happens to the tabs of the research browser and can simply close it once I'm done.
Given that I could run my search through PowerToys Run, I don't want to manually close all tabs when opened in my main browser but would instead like them to be opened in my research browser. Given that not everybody thinks like that - or simply doesn't care - this should be configurable.
