Description of the new feature / enhancement

This feature could allow converting MP4 to another video format. Same for images, documents etc...
Example: PNG to JPEG / MP4 to GIF.

Scenario when this would be used?

Every time I would like to convert a file. It would avoid the weird internet utilities.
