Microsoft PowerToys version

0.53.1

Running as admin

  • Yes

Area(s) with issue?

Always on Top

Steps to reproduce

Enable AOT, add some windows on top.
Disable AOT,
go back to work

✔️ Expected Behavior

Ex-on-top windows behave like all other open windows and disappear behind currently active window

❌ Actual Behavior

ex on-top windows keep staying in front of current active window, have to move it to other screen.
I have to apply a work-around: I then have to re-enable AOT, find all windows that are been set to be on top and then I have to switch it off for each, and then disable AOT again.

I can reproduce this. It's just the border that disappears.
