[Bug]:[Enhance] Skipping, preconditions aren't met + Big Grey Blop in output image

What happened?

when i generate an image, mostly with the inpaint outpaint (default) option. the image generates, i can see how it generates, but at the end, after the image gets saved, the whole area which should have been impainted is a big grey blob.

and in the terminal it say "[Enhance] Skipping, preconditions aren't met"

Attached is a screenshot of my terminal, you can see the first picture was a success, the second one had the error.

Steps to reproduce the problem

I'm unsure how to reproduce it, it happens sometimes and sometimes not, I'm not exactly sure what triggers it.

What should have happened?

foocus should've impainted in the selected area.
