Why is there no template to create a greeting card in version 3.99 glabels-qt-git r564.2da9b2d ?
Older versions had a full page folded greeting card, because I've used this program for many years to make greeting cards.

Have you checked the xml shipped with the old version?

I think they are drop-in compatible with this new c++/qt version of glabels
