To generate the docs site, run from the root of the repo:

PIPENV_PIPFILE=docs/Pipfile pipenv install
PIPENV_PIPFILE=docs/Pipfile pipenv run mkdocs build

To run the development server:

PIPENV_PIPFILE=docs/Pipfile pipenv install
PIPENV_PIPFILE=docs/Pipfile pipenv run mkdocs serve
