We need screen real estate on the side bar, so we want to hide the Browse By sidebar block. We can hide them in XMLUI but they will remain functional for when people click the subject terms in item views and lists. Related to #48.

One concern raised was that many users use the "Browse by Title" option... but I think that we are presenting so much more information now in the sidebar facets that it's probably pointless to keep the "Browse by" options visible. Let's discuss...

Hidden on DSpace Test as of this week. Still waiting on feedback.

Perhaps we can just trim down the list of "Browse by" entries? People clearly use this functionality to explore collection contents, but maybe we don't need all of them.

We could probably remove a handful of webui.browse.index. from dspace/config/dspace.cfg.
