I think it would work to specify the version as:

nightly:https://github.com/nim-lang/nightlies/releases/tag/latest-version-2-0

Does that get you the version you want?

ci: 🤖 building from source too slow

Always use either `binary:` or `nightly:` or a caching mechanism,
otherwise it builds from source (> 5mn on ubuntu).
