Investigate new recipe ideas for hardware & Watson services

Lisa is thinking about creating new NodeRED recipes, but with Watson IoT being shut down, we'd need NodeRED to run locally on the Pi. Lisa also has ideas for adding temperature & humidity sensors.

Low priority pending getting a TJBot up and running.

Possible new recipe: announce the time & temperature every 5 minutes

Let people modify some parameters like:

• how frequently to announce (e.g. 5 min, 10 min, 60 min...)
• time, temperature, humidity, some subset, ...
• how the thing gets announced -- there could be a format string people could edit
• change the voice that makes the announcement
• Fahrenheit vs. Celsius
• change the LED color depending on temperature ranges

Another new recipe around weather:

• do different LED things depending on the outside weather
• use IBM Weather Company's weather API?
• is there another IBM Cloud AI service to tie into?

Hypothetically, whatever happens at THINK might lead into new recipe ideas. :)
