Problem with Ctxt::addConstantCKKS(double x)

In addConstantCKKS(double x) function there is an issue with the denominator bound.
It tries to left shift an int which causes issues (at least for me) changing it from

...
    addConstantCKKS(rationalApprox(x, /*denomBound=*/1<<getContext().alMod.getR()));
...

to

...
    addConstantCKKS(rationalApprox(x, /*denomBound=*/1L<<getContext().alMod.getR()));
...

worked for me.
