Screen flickering

Describe the bug

1. There is a slight screen flicker whenever I minimize the software, launch it from the Windows taskbar, or click on the menu button.
2. I also encountered screen flickering when hovering over the "Open/Close Sidebar" button in the top left corner.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just click on or hover over the menu or the "Open/Close Sidebar" buttton.

Expected behavior
Seamlessly minimize or open/close the sidebar without any screen flickering.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 23H2
• App Version: Rnote v0.10.2
• Installation Source: Github Release
• Input Source: External Graphics Tablet

Sorry, but the flickering is strangely not visible in my screen recording....
