Explore the usage of Cobalt library, a coroutine framework providing nice features on top of Asio, recently introduced in Boost 1.84. Potentially it could be used in Silkworm as a replacement and enhancement of Asio C++20 coroutine abstractions, which currently is our foundational support.

Both functional-wise and performance-wise evaluations should be part of this assessment work.
