📜 Description

If I am giving access of view only (can be any access) to applications A in X,YZ environments.
Then I am giving same access to application B in Y environment then on UI I can see that user has got the access to A and B Application in all X,Y,Z environments.
It is visible only on UI and API response and user is not getting the actual permission.

👟 Reproduction steps

If I am giving access of view only (can be any access) to applications A in X,YZ environments.
Then I am giving same access to application B in Y environment then on UI I can see that user has got the access to A and B Application in all X,Y,Z environments.

👍 Expected behavior

The permissions should not get clubbed.

👎 Actual Behavior

The permissions are getting clubbed.
