Cuda issues even with only cpu

I was abled to run the install.sh without any problems. However, when I try to run 'bash run.sh cpu msl' I get the following error:

OSError: libcudart.so.10.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Apparently, there seems to be some issue with the CUDA, which makes sense since I have AMD and cannot install CUDA. However, is there any work around to ignore the CUDA problem when running only with the cpu?
