Add feedback widget to the docs

Summary

Users should have a way to voice their feedback on the docs page

Problem Definition

Right now, we are playing whack-a-mole when trying to identify gaps in our documentation. It'd be very useful if users could just input their feedback.

Proposal

Will add more details after some research. The solution must be integrated with our google analytics and be a docusaurus plugin.
