[YXI] YXI AXI Wrapper Does Not Copy Over Components Other Than Main

When generating a YXI AXI wrapper using fud2, the created wrapper will only copy over the component named "main" into the generated fud file. Two issues with this, first it prevents having toplevel components that aren't named main. Second, it does not copy over all the other components and includes that are necessary for the main component to compile, resulting in an calyx file that fails compilation.
