ike aggressive mode detection

The default ike-version script does not actually report on whether aggressive mode was successful. Usually this is the only information I want. You can sort of get this by running with -d, but it's difficult to parse when running against multiple hosts. We should alter the script to report on aggressive-mode-support: true/false
