It seems some mods are using them to get types of things we are starting to patch. - Current example is Custom Beacons was breaking Map Mod because Map Mod was using the GetName for the Pings to get the sprites

Fixed a bug with `FMOD_CustomEmitter` where if the current playing asset is a custom sound and you try to stop it, it will stop the entire bus assigned to it.
…s this to parse the tooltip when provided.
Allow mod options menus to provide tooltip language IDs, similar to label language IDs.

Using this method, we can have both `ExampleMod` and `SMLHelper` use the same version by just modifying one file.
SN and BZ have different eatable values, changed accordingly
it was unused in games code, no need for it here
