Some Fans Not Detecting

Fan Control only detects a few fans correctly. HWMonitor does detects them all correctly. Running dual boot Windows 7 and Windows 10. Version 63 for Win7 and Version 136 for Win10. Both show same

The GPU Fan works correctly
1 of 4 case fans work correctly. 3 are 80mm 3-pin fans all same model. 1 is 120mm 4-pin
CPU fan and pump work correctly

Mobo is an older Asus P9X79 LE. Each fan is on its own header. All headers are 4 pin. Tried BIOS with and without smart control. No options to detect PWM or DC

In HWMonitor:

Chassis 2: side 80mm fan
Chassis 3: back upper 80mm fan
Chassis 4: Front 120mm fan
SYSFANIN: 'Back Bottom 80mm fan'
CPUFAN: 'CPU water pump'
AUXFANIN: CPU fan labeled 'Radiator Fan Inner'

In Fan Control
GPU Fan: works
Back Bottom 80mm: works
Radiator Inner Fan: can be reduced/increased but not shut down which is fine
Fan 3: does not control anything
Fan 4 and Fan 5: does not read anything

Your case isn't unique, see #1263.
The internal chip that control the fans on your motherboard has an incomplete implementation in https://github.com/LibreHardwareMonitor/LibreHardwareMonitor. It would need to be bonified with the help of proper documentation and ideally someone you can code and has the hardware to test, which ain't me.
