Cards for SciPy 2023 (or other confs)

• Get more projects, if you want or maintain a project, please create an issue for the given project. Usually we need project permissions, and maybe vetting of the text.
• Document how to add a card (edit data.yml ang group.yml).
• Get more variations on existing project, that can be new text, background, colors,
• Extend the cards with more features, like statistics of projects.
