In this folder you will find the protocols and acquired protocol rawdata.

How to use the protocol function:

1. Open the protocol window in the Relax2.0 GUI
2. Select the mode and sequence in the Relax2.0 main window
3. Set the parameters in the parameter window
4. When adding, inserting or overwriting a item to the protocol list the current parameters will saved for this item in the protocol folder
5. You can save the list when its complete and reload it later

Make sure to empty the protocol folder from unused parameter files and protocols once in a while.
