In which work environment can I train the model?

Hi, first of all thank you very much.
I wanted to ask where I can run the model to check if it suits me?
I tried to run it in Google Collab, but the version of TensorFlow that Google Collab can accept is from 2, and the version of TensorFlow needed for your project is from 1.3.0 to 1.7.0.
I can't run it locally because my computer is not powerful enough for that.
what can I do?
