Hello,

How to use the Model Direct kmer type in the De Bruijn graph? apparently gatb-core seems to use only the ModelCanonical.

It's a bit advanced to use Model Direct, but the API should be similar to ModelCanonical. You can see this issue for further info: GATB/dsk#4
