Cleans up random spaces that shouldn't be there. Remove Double New lines at beginning of txt files Add New lines at end for text files that didn't have them already (for some reason the diffs seems like it adds a random space to some files at the end as well, but when checking the files said space doesn't seem to exist??)
I only was able to get a 2 codes figured out due to my inexperience at creating codes with CTPFW. I don't even know if this is the correct way to format the codes. I can add a video showcase of the codes if you want me to

Remove Sharkive's source code and refactor 3DS codes to add Switch ones, too. No one is anymore able to compile Sharkive's source code, so still keeping it in master is pointless.
