After uploading and executing .exe i get this error:

Is an usb host required to get it working?

The error you are facing is very similar to an application conflict, try to close all other applications that can use the same port.

Some applications, such as the Arduino IDE, can access the port and prevent it from opening in the application.

There is no need for a USB Host Shield.

tried running on another pc with a clean windows install, without arduino ide running and got same error, maybe i'm wrong with the config in the upload or either my leonardo is broken?

I cant connect instead of use ide to refresh my arduino.. but it doesnt work as same as him
